Support hours
Our support team monitors support@memorycorp.ai on business days, Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 CST (UTC−6). Messages received outside these hours are queued and processed the following business day.
First-response SLA
We target a first response within 1 business day (≤ 24 business hours) for standard requests submitted via email or the contact form. Severity-1 production outages reported with clear tenant identification are escalated and prioritized for a faster response.
Priority & escalation
Enterprise and pilot customers may have a dedicated onboarding contact. Use the channel provided in your order or contract for escalations. If you are a Zoom Marketplace user and have a connector-specific issue, please email support@memorycorp.ai with subject "Zoom connector" for faster routing.
