Support hours

We monitor support@memorycorp.ai on business days (Monday–Friday). Messages received outside business hours are queued for the next business day.

First response

We target a first response within one business day (24 business hours) for standard requests submitted via email or the contact form. Severity‑1 production outages reported with clear tenant identification are prioritized.

Priority and escalation

Enterprise and pilot customers may have dedicated onboarding contacts; use the channel provided in your order or contract for escalations.
