Zoom integration for MemoryCorp
This page describes how to connect, use, and disconnect the native Zoom integration in MemoryCorp. Authentication uses OAuth 2.0 (authorization code grant). MemoryCorp accesses cloud recordings and related metadata only as described below.
Authentication
You authorize MemoryCorp through Zoom's consent screen. MemoryCorp stores encrypted OAuth tokens per tenant and user. You can revoke access at any time from MemoryCorp or from your Zoom account.
Prerequisites
- A MemoryCorp account with permission to manage connectors (typically a tenant administrator).
- A Zoom account that can sign in and grant the requested scopes (cloud recording read access). Paid Zoom plans may be required for cloud recording features; refer to Zoom's documentation for your account type.
- Use a supported browser and allow pop-ups or redirects for the OAuth flow if your organization blocks them.
How to add the integration
- Sign in to MemoryCorp and open Connectors (Integrations).
- Find Zoom and choose Connect or the OAuth connect action.
- When redirected to Zoom, review the requested permissions and approve.
- After success, you will return to MemoryCorp and the connector should show as active.
- If the flow fails, verify your Zoom account permissions and try again; contact support if the error persists.
How to use the integration
Once connected, MemoryCorp can list and ingest your Zoom cloud recordings (and related files such as transcripts where available) for search, knowledge workflows, and Voice Intelligence features enabled for your workspace.
Sync behavior and retention follow your MemoryCorp tenant settings and applicable agreements. Only data your Zoom account exposes under the granted scopes is accessible.
Data and permissions (scopes)
The app requests Zoom scopes required to list cloud recordings, recording files, and meeting transcripts. MemoryCorp uses this access only to provide the connector functionality you enable. We do not sell your Zoom data.
How to remove the integration
- In MemoryCorp, open Connectors, select Zoom, and use Disconnect or the equivalent action to remove the connector from your workspace.
- Optionally delete or deactivate the connector entry if your admin UI offers that option.
- In Zoom Marketplace → Added apps (or your Zoom account app settings), remove or revoke the MemoryCorp app to invalidate tokens.
- If you need all copies of ingested content removed from MemoryCorp, contact support with your tenant details.
