How does the pricing model work?
You pay a platform base fee of $290 USD per month covering platform access, support, updates and security. On top of that base we design a tailored plan around your number of plants or sites, users, integrations and deployment type.
Why don't you publish a pricing table?
Every industrial operation is different. Instead of forcing you into a generic plan, we size the proposal around your real operation. In a 30-minute demo you get a clear, no-commitment quote.
Do you offer on-premise deployment?
Yes, by project. On-premise or VPC deployment is scoped and quoted as part of a tailored plan.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher) and encryption at rest for files and indexed text, with a separate key for each company. Role- and resource-based permissions, and an audit log that records the user and date.
Prices in USD. Mexico customers: we bill from our U.S. entity. Your company processes IVA as an import of services under Art. 24 LIVA (creditable virtual IVA). Contact us if your tax department needs additional documentation.
